What happens to my recipes if I downgrade?

Everything stays exactly where it is. All your saved recipes are yours to keep. You just won't be able to run new AI extractions until you upgrade again.

Is my payment secure?

All payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe is used by Amazon, Google, and millions of other businesses worldwide.

AI extraction failed — what do I do?

Try pasting the URL again — temporary network issues can occasionally cause failures. Make sure the video is publicly accessible (not private or paywalled). If it keeps failing, the video may not contain a clear spoken or visible recipe — just add it manually instead.

My recipes aren't showing on another device.

Make sure you're signed in with the same account on both devices. Try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R / Ctrl+Shift+R). If the issue persists, sign out and back in.

I forgot my password.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" — we'll email you a reset link straight away.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account and you'll find the option to permanently delete your account and all your data. If you just want to stop paying, cancel your subscription instead — your free account stays active.
